Noelle Averett is a visual artist based in Southern California. She works in paint, digital illustration, sculpture, and quilting.

Her work marries art and craft, internal tumult and external guidance. Flowing line art and quiet figures portray moments of private self interrogation. By weaving symbolic patterns into the scene she is able to imbue the subjects with an external affirmation. She hopes to honor and celebrate the moments of uncertainty we all face daily.

Noelle grew up biking across the farmlands of Northern California. She holds a BA in Studio Art from San Francisco State University, and a lifetime of experience crafting alongside her mother, aunt, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is a MFA candidate in the Illustration program at CSU Long Beach.
